Wedding Shadowing

I’ve fallen in love all over again! Don’t worry, my husband is here to stay. But during May and June, I had the opportunity to shadow a wedding photographer (Brittany Lowe), and I’m definitely dreaming of the day when I get to be the lead photographer for my own clients. Wedding days are long, but they go by so fast, especially when there are so many beautiful details to capture.
There are so many reasons to love photographing weddings. My favorite part, and in my opinion, the best part, is sneaking away with the bride and groom at sunset to capture their love in the first few hours of becoming newlyweds. They just have a certain flow about them. It’s almost like the newborn baby stage -- life is so new and needs to be documented before everything changes too quickly!
I’m so thankful to Brittany for letting me follow her around for so many of her weddings.
