Jamison Cake Smash

I don't typically do cake smash sessions, but I couldn't resist capturing this cutie's first birthday! Jamison was seven months old when I first met him, and his parents asked me to photograph his cake smash after I took their family photos in August last year. This session had me feeling nostalgic of my first-born’s first year of life, as well as what this next year will hold for my second baby on the way. It’s incredible how fast babies grow in such a short amount of time.
Jamison is such a happy little guy and has the biggest smile! He was skeptical of the cake at first, but finally dug in with some help from Mom and Dad. Although, he decided the cake topper and the candle were much more interesting toys to play with compared to eating and smashing the cake!
