UF Senior Lily Mancini
Lily Mancini
Gainesville, Florida
Lily’s session was just beautiful! The morning light was perfectly glowy and the cooler, breezy weather made for the best walk around campus.
Lily is such a sweetheart — she has the kindest heart, is so fun to be around, and makes you feel like a long-time friend. She is an incredibly talented opera singer and plans to get her Master’s degree in opera following spring graduation. She’s made lifelong friends and incredible memories during her time at UF, and I know she will cherish this season of life forever. Looking toward the future, I know that Lily will find success wherever she goes!
We met first thing in the morning at the corner of University Ave and 13th Street, where the UF arch is. As the sun peeked out from behind the buildings across the street, we made our way across campus to the Gator Walk. To our surprise, it was lined with tents, barricades, and trucks, so we had to quickly change plans. Lily was quick to adapt to the last minute change and we still managed to get some great shots at the end of the tree-lined path. Lily’s friends met us at the Bull Gator for some fun group shots, and the light was so dreamy here! Campus was getting busier as classes started for the morning, and the heat was settling in, so we wrapped up quickly before ending with a few more individual photos for Lily.
I was nervous that I didn’t get many shots because walking around campus felt like it took up so much time. But after getting home and going through everything, we got over 100 great images! Narrowing down my favorites from this session was tough, but I’m so excited to share some of them!
Lily, thanks for trusting me with your grad photos! It was so fun getting to know you and I wish you the best of luck with the rest of the year! You are going to do amazing things in life!
