VCU Women's Lacrosse Seniors

The VCU women's lacrosse team is full of strong, talented athletes who have worked tirelessly together throughout their years as a team. This year, the seniors are the only graduating class to have started together as freshmen with no transfers or incoming members. They have formed a bond that extends beyond the field, and they will forever be remembered as a group who accomplished great things.

Most of the girls on the team have been playing lacrosse since they were little girls. They have dedicated countless hours to the sport, and their hard work has paid off. They are not only skilled lacrosse players, but they are leaders both on and off the field. All of the girls has a different path that lies ahead of them post-graduation. Some are going to grad school, while others are taking gap years or starting jobs. Each has unique aspirations and goals, but they will always share a bond that was formed on the lacrosse field.

While they have accomplished great things together, they have also accomplished greatness as individuals. Kerri, one of the team's leaders, will be pursuing a career in occupational therapy. She has been playing lacrosse since she was five years old, and her dedication to the sport has been unwavering. Kerri is an inspiration to her teammates, and she will undoubtedly continue to be successful in all of her future endeavors.

As they navigate their post-graduate lives, these ladies will always have the memories of their time on the lacrosse field together. Through all of the ups and downs of college life, they have been there for each other through everything. This is truly a one-of-a-kind friendship that they will cherish forever.

To Kerri and all the seniors of this year’s lacrosse team, I am so excited for your futures! Thank you for trusting me to document your fun group and for patiently navigating the scheduling of your session with me during my move to Florida. You are all going to make such a difference in the world, no matter where life takes you! The strength and beauty each of you possesses is inspiring. Good luck to all of you in your future endeavors!
